We ship all over the world using Hongkong Post. If you are based in Hong Kong, we can also offer a direct meet up. Otherwise, shipping will be borne by the buyer.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is communicated correctly.

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email alicia@wisewomenhk.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to accommodate the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as this is dependent on when we have fulfilled your purchase.

If the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping fees.
